At Veloura London, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our refund policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns for:

- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Gift cards
- Sale items, unless they are faulty
- Personalised or custom-made items

Return shipping

Refunds
