5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Zevora Milan is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zevoramilan.com. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
